Then, once you had absorbed – or assimilated – the meanings of the word associations, you began to link words and form your own sentences. Assimil applied this same natural process adapting it to the abilities of adults, young and old.

You assimilate in two phases:

What's in the method?

The method consists of a coursebook with 100 lessons on average.

See a sample lesson. Each method is accompanied by a set of recordings, which, in most cases, feature the lesson dialogues (or texts) and the exercises, read by professional actors. The recordings are optional but highly recommended as a great learning aid.

The recordings are now available in MP3 format so you can play them wherever you go and learn a language anytime, anywhere.
