The QCM Assimil application does not collect any personal or behavioral data related to the user.
Specifically, it does not collect or store the following information on any server:

• No personal data (name, first name, email, etc.)

• No individual usage statistics

• No geolocation data

• No questionnaire responses or usage history

• No tracking or profiling identifiers

Personal data and usage history are stored only locally, on the device, for the user’s sole benefit. These data are never transmitted to our servers or anywhere else.

The application contains no third-party components that could collect data (such as advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs).

Server Connections

The app may connect to external servers operated by Assimil S.A.S. solely to download content necessary for its operation, such as:

• Multiple choice questionnaires (QCMs)

• Educational content updates

• Possible software or configuration updates

These connections do not transmit any user-related data. No personal or behavioral identifiers are sent to the servers of Assimil S.A.S.

Respect for Privacy

Assimil S.A.S. ensures that no identifiable personal data is collected, processed, or transmitted by the QCM Assimil app.
The app was developed in strict accordance with privacy-by-design principles.

In case of changes to this policy, a notification will be displayed to the user, allowing them to consult the new version before any app update.
