This test allows you to check your level so you can find out what you need to practise. Based on 15 key elements of the French language (e.g. verb conjugation, word order, grammatical structure, pronunciation, as well as idiomatic expressions), this free test, which involves no commitment on your part, takes about 30 minutes to complete. Its aim is to enable you to assess what you already know, identify your strengths and weaknesses, and gauge whether you’re an absolute or ‘false’ beginner to better guide you in your choice of course.
