My e-course doesn't work any more. What do I do?

Before you do anything else, please download and install the latest version of the app to ensure that you have the latest updates, which may correct the problem you are encountering.

If you are using the iOS or macOS App, go to the App Store/Updates to check whether or not an update is available.

If you are using the app in Android, go to Google Play Store/My games and apps to check whether or not an update is available.

If you are using the app in Windows, go to the Microsoft Store.
