My e-course doesn't work any more. What do I do?

You have a message stating that your browser is insecure, or another error message? Or some sort of malfunction?

Before you do anything else, please download and install the latest version of the app to ensure that you have the latest updates, which may correct the problem you are encountering.

If you are using the app in iOS, go to the App Store/Updates to check whether or not an update is available.

If you are using the app in Android, go to Google Play Store/My games and apps to check whether or not an update is available.

If you are using the app in Windows or macOS, go to the product page on our website by selecting your e-course from this list; then click on the "Windows" or "macOS" logo to download the app for your particular device.
