You encountered an issue when trying to make a purchase in our app: the "Buy" button appears blue in the Play Store interface (as if it's active), but nothing happens when you tap it.
Here are a few checks you can perform to resolve this issue:
Missing or invalid payment method: Even if the button appears active, it may not work if there's no valid payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) linked to your Google account. To check this, go to Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Payment methods.
Geographic restrictions or unsupported currency: Some products may not be available depending on your country or the currency associated with your Google account. This can make the button look active, but tapping it won't trigger any action.
Google account with restrictions (age / Family Link): Child accounts or accounts under parental controls may prevent purchases. Check whether your account is affected via Family Link or age restriction settings.
Temporary issue with the Play Store: Cache or sync problems may prevent purchases from processing. Try this: Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Force stop > Clear cache. Then restart your phone.
